Student Health Center Referrals are required for all treatment received outside the Student Health Center Exceptions are as listed in your brochure and in the policy.
If you receive treatment for a Medical Emergency without a referral, you must visit your Student Health Center for a referral for any additional/follow-up treatment.
Pre-existing conditions may be excluded for 12 months.
