Enroll

All registered full-time students taking 3-6 credits per 5-week term are required to have health insurance coverage, either through this Student Health Insurance Plan or through another individual or family plan. All eligible Students are automatically billed by the university for the Student Health Insurance. Students who know they want/need to enroll in the Unity Environmental University Student Health Insurance Plan should complete the steps for Enrollment. 

Waive

All registered full-time students taking 3-6 credits per 5-week term are required to have health insurance coverage, either through the Unity Environmental University Student Health Insurance Plan or through another individual or family plan. All eligible students are automatically billed by the university for Student Health Insurance. Students requesting to waive the Unity Student Health Insurance Plan will be required to answer questions about their current insurance plan and will need to upload a pdf or jpeg file of the front and back of your current insurance card during the waiver process. A waiver is considered approved upon the receipt of the “Waiver Approved” confirmation email. The waiver status is also shown in the student’s Wellfleet online account. Students who take no action, or whose waiver request is declined will be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan upon the enroll/waiver deadline.
