Domestic Graduate students taking 6 or more credit hours may request voluntarily enrollment in the University of Memphis Student Health Insurance Plan for the coverage period effective June 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024.

For international students, you must be registered for at least one credit hour for the summer of 2024 in order to waive or enroll.

For international students, you must be registered for at least one credit hour for the summer of 2024 in order to waive or enroll.

For Summer session, the open enrollment period is April 1st to June 7th. You are automatically enrolled in the University of Memphis plan. There is no need to apply for the insurance separately. Students can request a waiver during this time. No waiver request for Summer session will be accepted after this period.

In August of 2024, ALL international students will need to show proof of purchase of insurance that meets the University’s new waiver requirements and is equal to Wellfleet coverage.
