Waive

If You are eligible to be covered under this Plan, You are automatically enrolled, unless You waive coverage. To document proof of comparable coverage, students need to complete the online Waiver Form and submit it prior to the start of the school year. You must receive your Confirmation Number to have completed the Waiver. 

The Spring enrollment period will close on January 31, 2024.
