Please Note: In order to create an account you MUST be enrolled in the Johns Hopkins University Student Health Benefits Plan (SHBP). Please log in to https://sis.jhu.edu/sswf/ and go to Personal Info>Student Insurance Benefits to verify your enrollment in the SHBP.
