 Student premium is added to your tuition bill. Students may enroll eligible dependents on a voluntary basis. 

Waive

Domestic undergraduate and graduate students can waive coverage by providing proof of other comparable medical insurance coverage. An online waiver form must be completed by the waiver period deadline dates below. International students and student athletes cannot waive coverage.
